2 Repair pop-up events At Crawcrook Library!

These Repair Pop-up events are smaller than our usual 5R’s events as we are focusing on fixing things. With Maz and Lindsay’s team from ‘Fix-it Cafe’, Gwen from TWiG and Diane working together.

You can bring appliances, household objects, clothing, jewellery etc. Skilled fixers will help you to mend them.
Fix don’t throw!
Time 2.00 -5.00 p.m.- (last new repair at 4 p.m.)
Fixit Café is a hands-on repair workshop where we help you fix your broken items with the tools and expertise we provide. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we welcome all fixers.
Please note, we are not a repair service, and items must leave with you (except in exceptional cases).
We don’t repair phones but can help if you bring the right parts. At busy times, we use a triage system and encourage only one item per visit, unless you’re happy to work on it yourself with a little help. Fixing can take time, and we can’t guarantee success, so please be patient and respectful.
Donations welcome towards costs.
Come early and be prepared to wait if it’s busy.
