Give and take event next week. What to bring – anything clean and useable that you don’t want any more; things you want repairing (including bikes); children to take part in crafts and your spare yarn, buttons and jewellery; tombola prizes; 40 p entrance for adults (children free) plus any donation you want to make for swap or repairs; bags to put your non-shopping in; an appetite for soup and other goodies.
What to take – anything you want from the give and take table; your repaired item (we hope); your winnings from tombola and raffle; veg, fruit and groceries from the “pay as you feel” stalls; upcycled crafts; bags full of bargains; knowing you’ve saved stuff being thrown out ….
